I’ve got seen somebody try to sleep with the CPAP and it is almost comical. You wear a mask over your face with a hose blowing compressed air into your nose. As I write this, I should laugh out loud from the memory of the Darth Vader look alike visiting bed. Granted the machine may save your life but I think it’s simply easier to lose weight. If you lose the weight your whole body gets a higher sleep.
